Returns and Refunds

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns on body care products. Please contact us before returning any other merchandise. Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 14 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

Refunds 
 If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you receive products damaged or loss has incurred during shipping this is the carriers responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.
